Yes please. I just learned my AST is 185 and ALT is 195. I use to drink wine occasionally but over last 2 years it became several times a week. I also have been taking benadryl or advice pm for a long time to help me sleep. My job is stressful so I don't drink enough during day and am experiencing lower extremity edema....not bad but is noticable. If I adhere to avoiding wine and other liver toxins plus diet management can I reverse this and if so how long would it take
