Yes . Recently helped son move into dorm . Which required heavy lifting and walking. Did not experience any pain in back or knead during the day . But the next morning could not straighten my knee and when I tired there was a sharp knife feel entering the front left area of knee cap . When walking or moving the knee feel a popping sound . Pain only comes with movement . Bending . If I keep it straight no pain . But if I twist excruciating pain . Help
