Yes. My psychiatrist had perscribed 50 mgs luvox.,then as I was becoming more frequently feeling agitated. She added 5 mgs of lamictal, along with klonopin .5 1-x2 x daily as needed. She also perscribed remaron, which itook 1 x and felt aweful the next day, so she daid i fidnt need to continue. Last vist on 12/23, she suggested stopping the meds since she does not feel they are helping. I agreed and then stated i was afraid since ive been on multiple meds for depression, anxiety, obsessive thougjts and eating dosorders for the past 35 yrs. My doctor does tms but my insutance will not pay. I suggested ect and she agreed, put in a referral 3 weeks ago and then convluded on z12/23, that since i wadvery anxious to stop meds, she suggested increasong luvox to 75 mgs, with continuing lamictal, klonopin and adding remaron. I have felt more agitated with increase of luvox, never took the remaron and feel msybe its better to stop the meds as she recommended first. All i have taken for past 2 days is the klonopin, and im ok, despite dome slight withdrawal from the ssri. My doc is away for 2 weeks. I wonder if its safe to continue not takingthe meds except for the klonopin.what would the remeron do except try to help me sleep.? Than you
