Wrist drop after surgery, no improvement with physiotherapy. What treatment can be taken?

hello doctor,im mr.Anand here,i would like to ask some question about wrist.recently i have problem on my wrist,after i involved in a accident on past 2007,since i have this problem on my wrist after my operation since 5years,i allready followed up my physiotheraphy but still no improvements,i need to ask u about any suplements for my wrist drop or for wrist ligaments or any other treatments.please do help me.thank you.
