Hi,

The report of occasional pus cell with no organism presence, is a normal report on gram staining after culture of the urine. However, as you were having urine infection previously, where as recurrent urine infection after an episode of infection is very common during pregnancy, hence a periodic examination of urine for presence of pus cells is advised and if infection is there, it should be treated under guidance of your doctor.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
