Would Garlic Burn Scar Be Permanent?
I had applied garlic last week end on my face
Wich caused a burn black mark
Wich is nw pealed off
But has left behind a pinkish mark
Its already two days i m waitin fr the pinkish mark to reduce wich hasnt
Can u please tell me will this mark b permanent ?
O will reduce in a week arnd ?

Hi there.
It appears you have had an 'irrtiant contact dermatitis' reaction with garlic.
I note your history & clinical features as you describe them.
These things take time to get back to normal.
I would have recommended a hydrocortisone cream immediately to limit the damage but fear the time for that has passed.
The mark should not be a permanent one but will take time to get back to the normal skin colour et al.
Please consider using a 'compact' with tint & a SPF 50 from Bioderma in the mornings to prevent further photodamage.
In the evenings or twice/daily , i find in my patients that a cream called Cicabio again from the company Biodema helps greatly to 'normalise' the skin
