Would UV Lens Help With The Discomfort From Light After Cataract Surgery?

Had cataract surgery on both eyes in October. Am experiencing uncomfortable burning in both eyes, made worse by sunlight and flurescent lights. Have tried eyedrops which only make it worse. Causes me to feel generally unwell. Would UV lenses in my glasses help?
