Would Flagyl Help For Pain In Cheek And Tooth Area?
Son had a liver transplant then ptld with rituximab treatments. His ptld is in remission but his platelets are always below 50,000 and his anc below 1000. He just had a root canal . Really in pain in his cheek --tooth area and head. Worrying about infection now. Would flagyl help or antibiotic mouth wash???
