Woke up with strong pain under the bottom of my breastbone and nausea. Just started cephalex n 500 mg, have taken 2 since 5PM yesterday after seeing my doctor. I am being treated for sinus and throat infection. General uneasiness. I am a heart patient age 72, male, with12 stents in my heart, diabetes #2, psoriasis, and take balsalazide 750 6 per day for bowel inflamation. Should I go to the hospital?
