Will working out in the gym lead to an increase in height ?

I am 18 years old. My height is 5 6. I have started working out in the gym. Will my height grow more? Or will it be affected because of my gyming?

Hi Mehedi

Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum
No at this age of yours neither the height will increase nor decrease. The epiphysis (growing end of the bone) of the bones would have fused by now and there will not be much alteration in the height.
