Hi
Welcome to the healthcaremagic
No.This first episode of wheezing is because of HYPERREACTIVE airway disease precipitated by viral infection. It can recur.Normaly it recurs in first five years of life. After that size of airways increase and this problem disappears.
But in 5% children this episode could be first episode of asthma and it remains for longer period of time.
Treatment for HRAD and ASTHMA is same.In case of recurrent episodes we do give low dose inhaled corticosteroid to control recurrent episodes.
Don't give her chips, chocolates.Avoid soft toys.Vaccum clean house.Change bed sheet daily.Don't take her out at early morning and late night
Happy to help you
Best regards
