Will The Pealed Skin Create Any Problem?

Hi, I have fallen off my long board yesterday and scared off a layer of skin on my arm and leg and have cleaned it. It just a layer of skin is gone. I was wondering if its okay if I go weight lifting today? I go for 2 hours and sweat a lot. I was wondering if this sweat will be bad for my scraped off skin?

Hi,

No, not at all. It is not bad for scrapped skin. You got peeling of skin after trauma. It is not a problem if you have sweating after exercise. There may be healing with or without scar. If there is bad scar, you consult dermatologist or aesthetic surgeon. He might take steps to improve rhe look of scar. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
