I used a product to unclog my drain and the fumes from the product burnt my nasal passage for a moment. I quickly exited the room and ran outside to get some air, but I was so scared. Could that cause me to have caner from it burning when I inhaled it?
If you were constantly exposed to these or other fumes over a prolonged period of time then there is a risk of complication such as cancer but a one time exposure would not do this.
This one time exposure would not cause this problem but you need to consider ensuring proper ventilation when using these chemicals in the future.
I hope this helps
