kissing , hand shaking, using common towel,does not spread HIV/AIDS by it you spread love for each other.
But be cautious if there is bleeding gums or crack lips then there is chance of spread of the disease.
AIDS/HIV spreads by the following routes-------
Sharing needles,razors
Blood transfusion (Infected blood)
HIV Positive mother to her child in her during pregnancy
unprotected sex
multiple sex partners. ...etc
