Will Surgery For A Prolapsed Bladder Affect The Spine In Anyway?

I just went to my Gyn and may have to have further surgery for a prolapsed bladder. I had a hysterectomy in April. Everything went well until a few months ago when I noticed I could feel my bladder when I wiped after urinating. It s no where near as bad as it was but still it s fallen. The surgery she may [perform would entail a small cut under the navel and attaching a piece of what I assume would be mesh from the vaginal wall to my tailbone. I m wondering if that would affect my spine. Wouldn t it pull down on the spine and cause back pain?
