Will Parents Of Same Blood Group Result In Thalassemia For Child?

hi my child is of 3 yrs and by the grace of god he is fit n healthy (physically n mentally). my question is me n my wife have same blood group "B+" n we r also fit n healthy. Is there any chances that our son can be affected with thalassemia or any other disease in the future because of parents same blood group issue

I really appreciate your concern, let me tell you that blood group is not matter but the genetic constitution is great matter, if both the parent have some genetic disease then chances of having such disease in their children is very likely even their blood groups are different, in the same if the parents does not have any genetic disease then their children may not have any disease even if the blood group of theme are same, hope this information helps you have good day.
