General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Sexual transmitted diseases can be transmitted even without non penetrative intercourse. If you have symptoms such as redness, burning or itching of the vulva, you should do the std tests.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
