Will Mensovit Terminate The Possible Pregnancy?

I had my periods last on 8th Dec and this month Jan i was expecting it by 8th but I did not get it so, I took a pregnancy test at home it showed a very light line of positive, I dont have any symptoms of sickness. But I am not ready for pregnancy, because I already have two girls age 4 yrs and 5yrs, they are still small. I took MENSOVIT PLUS on 12th jan (course of tablet for two day) till today I have not got my period. When Can I expect it, and what should I do. pls advise.

Mensovit Plus is an ayurvedic preparation used for the correction of menstrual cycles. It has not shown to be of use as an abortifacient. Also, if such medication is used in the presence of pregnancy, a period cannot be induced. In the current scenario, if you do not wish to retain this pregnancy, please consult a specialist for a clinical confirmation of pregnancy and get a trans-vaginal sonogram to locate the sac and the age of gestation. You can then go for a medical abortion under the surveillance of the doctor. Hope this helps.
