Will Lack Of Calcium Cause Abnormal Effect In Child?

Dear All Doctor's,

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year.
I am facing some problem, any one can help me.
My baby girl is now 10+ mths. Only yesterday two tooth came out.So, I could not understand that is my baby having lack of calcium, or may be need to give Ca from outside in form of tablet.
Any extra care for her. i.e. may be any one suggest me.

Delayed dentition is unlikely to be manifestation of Calcium deficiency.
Its unusual to see calcium deficiency in 10 month child especially if still receiving breast feeding.
