Will Inhaling Low Diluted Bleach Solution Result In Lung Damage ?

I washed my tub out yesterday with badly diluted bleach..more bleach than water. I inhaled the fumes and I wasn't quite aware of it until I suddenly felt really bad. I drank some milk and then went outside. Today my nasal passage seems bit tender and my throat hurts a bit. I'm wondering if there was any damage to my lungs? How should I treat this? Thanks.

Hi thanks for asking question.
Here you have mostly chemical burn to respiratory passage like chemical laryngitis or rhinitis.
For few days take semisolid diet.Strictly avoid smoking if have habit.
Try to keep environmental exposure to a minimum.like wear mask while driving on scooter.
Drink more water.Green leafy veg helpful.
To relieve inflammation take non steroid antiinflamatory drugs.like brufen.
If still no benefit then steroid may be needed.
If cough, chest pain , fever present then chemical pneumonia can be thought and chest x ray done for it.
Wish you good health and fast recovery.
