Will High Blood Pressure Related To BPPV Normalize On Its Own?

Once a person has had BPPV, are they more suseptible to getting it again? Will the high blood pressure that I had with BPPV settle down on its own? I ve never had high blood pressure before, and now it is in the 140s and has been that way since my episode on 6/21.

Hi,

BPPV blood pressure should settle down. Also, monitor the BP for three days at a stretch. If persisting above 140,it needs treatment.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
