Will Fucidin Cream Help In Healing The Scabs And Redness Caused Due To Pimples On Chin?

Hi I popped (and repopped) a pimple on my chin. It s really red, almost scab like now. I usually don t get pimples, so I m not sure what to do now. I ve used some fucidin cream on it today, but I m unsure if it will help heal the scab and redness. If so, do you know how long it will take?
