i CAN NOT STICK MY TONGUE OUT BEYOND MY LIPS, IT WON'T PROTRUDE BEYOND THAT? i'VE BEEN TO AN ENT DOCTOR, ALSO FOUND OUT I HAVE SJORGRENS. bUT WHAT IS CAUSING MY TONGUE TO NOT MOVE LIKE IT SHOULD, IT'S DIFFICULT TO EAT FOOD ALSO. WOKE UP A YEAR AGO WITH THIS PROBLEM AND NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW WHY??

Sjogrens syndrome is unlikely to cause this. You need to be seen whether you have a Tongue tie or some nerve palsy ( hypoglossal) which may cause difficulty in tongue movement
