General & Family Physician 's  Response
Short answer: No, it doesn't.

Detailed answer:
Hi dear, I have gone through your case and I can understand your concern. Prezolac is a medical food used as a probiotic, or "friendly bacteria" to maintain a healthy digestive tract (stomach and intestines). It may also help maintain healthy bacteria in the vagina. Because the risk of probiotic-induced bacteremia and fungemia is low, probiotics are unlikely to reach the systemic circulation of the fetus, and therefore are unlikely to cause harm. Because probiotics are rarely systemically absorbed, they are not expected to transfer into breast milk.
