hello doctor recently my knee is paining from last 2 weeks i consulted doctor he said that your knee had injury that's why artharitis has started sir i would like to know this is my initial stage if i take proper medicine can i will be fit can it be cured completly

Any arthritis cannot be cured but the progression of arthritis can be stopped.
If you want complete pain free start cycling from today avoid sitting on floor and in squatting position avoid climbing stairs and start quadriceps drill exercise.
