Hi and thank you so much for trusting us with your health query.

I am so sorry to hear about this dizziness. I am afraid your drugs are causing a big drop to your blood pressure that is provoking these symptoms. Please, get you blood pressure monitored and if the values are going to low, let you doctor reduce the dosage of your medications to lessen this effect. For the mean time, avoid rapid transition from lying to upright position and be careful when walking to avoid falls.

I hope you find this helpful. Thank you so much for using our services and please feel free to for more information or clarifications if need be. I wish you the best of health.

Addiction Medicine Specialist Dr. Preeti Parakh's  Response
Hi,

It appears that you are suffering from postural hypo-tension which is a common side effect of many anti-hypertensive medicines. Being slow while changing posture like when getting up from supine position helps. There is no need to worry as it is nothing serious. Please inform your doctor and discuss the possibility of a change in your medications so that this problem can be controlled.

Best wishes.
