Why There Is A Hematoma On My Forehead After Experiencing A Trauma?

Hi, I recently experienced some trauma to my forehead and a few days after, a very large hematoma appeared. I had it drained and the doctor said that if it filled up again, I should contact a doctor about what to do. 3 days later, it is full again; is this something that I need to worry about in the immediate future? Should I go to a hospital for a scan?

Hello,

When head trauma occurs. There should all be suspicious about subdural or extradural hematoma for which we should do CT plain brain. And it suspected if after trauma vomiting or syncopal attack was present.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
