Why The Spine In The Middle Of My Back Is Sore?

For the past couple of weeks in the middle of my back on my spine it has been really sore. When someone presses on it it feels bruised. I haven't had anything happen to where it would be sore like this. Didn't know if you would know why its doing this?

might be due to your age. or your prolonged bent sitting position. leading to compression or joint or nerve roots around your spine of that area. advised MRI and analgesics and an ORTHO/neuro consultation
