Why My Friend Still Has Hot Cheeks After Having Tylenol?

My friend has very warm cheeks but a normal feeling forehead, she had a fever a while ago. Its night right now and is sleeping. I am scared something is going to happen. What do i do because i already gave her Tylenol about 2 1/2 hours ago but she still has, like i said, hot cheeks but a normal feeling forehead

HELO N WELCOME. WARM CHEEKS IE FLUSHING, IF TRANSIENTLY SO IS BENIGN, ESP IN EMOTIONAL STRESS N PANIC, SO TRY TO KEEP UR FRIEND CALM. CHECK HER HEART RATE IF GREATER THAN 85 SHE CAN HAVE TAB PROPRANOLOL 10 MG PROVIDING HER BP IS NOT LOWER THAN 110/70. APPLY COOL WATER SPONGES. AVOID ANY ALCOHOL INTAKE N U HAVENT HER AGE BUT HOT FLASHES IS VERY COMMON SX OF MENOPAUSE, ALSO FLUSHING OF FACE IS SEEN IN CARCINOID SYNDROME BUT THAT REQUIRES A GI WORK UP N SEEMS TO BE UNLIKELY DUE TO THE SHORT HISTORY. THANX...
