Why Is The Knee Becoming Red And Veins Overlaying Patella After Standing More Than One Minute?

My right knee tends to get red and a couple veins overlay the patella when standing for longer than 1 minute. My quads are really strong and I think it could be my quads are really tight although I have been foam rolling both of the legs and glutes for a few weeks now.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
This just because of the circulation, against the gravity blood reaches to the heart bit slowly in standing position and this tends to collects the blood in veins due to the congestion of blood the veins becomes prominent, but this disappears as soon as you stop standing, this is normal phenomenon and nothing to worry about it have nice day.
