Why Is My Urine Smelling With Yellow Discharge In It ?

My urine has been cloudy with a strong Odor for the past week, and for two days now I have been discharging a yellowish discharged with a foul odor. What can this possibly be?

Go for urine test first.it may be becase of pus cells in urine.Detail history of other symptoms and personal history(age,sex etc.) is required to tell something more.
