General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and thank you for asking HCM.
I read your history and symptoms carefully. The dark yellow liquid, probably its pus from an anal abscess or fistula. (easy treated by doctors) So in my opinion you need to be checked by a proctologist or by your doctor. Probably they will start you on antibiotics and if its a fistula, surgery. But that can be told only by an proctologist.

Feel free to contact me any time, for any question.
