Why Having Severe Pain In Ear And Throat Along With Headaches And Chronic Back Pain?

I am a 48 year old female. 3 nights ago i woke up with severe pain in my left ear and left side of throat, pain severe enough I could draw a deep breath without crying. i had no energy felt like i had been run over. the next day ear and throat wasnt as bad but i started with pounding headaches and my thighs hips and middle of back felt like i had ran for miles. i have chronic back pain but this is different. still very weak dont want to eat. then this morning woke up to vomiting and thighs hips back neck and shoulders are aching like i ran. still dont have no energy and still not hungry but am very thirsty

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having upper respiratory tract infection, either viral or bacterial producing generalized bodyache, malaise and fatigue giving rise all these symptoms.
Take analgesic like Ibuprofen or Diclophenac to get symptomatic relief as and when required.
Take plenty of water.
Take rest.
Ok and take care.
