Why Having Constant Cold Feeling In Bones But Skin Is Normal?

For the last 2 days I have had a constant cold feeling in my bones. I feel that cold it actually stings however my skin feels normal to touch. The feeling is concentrated mainly down my right side although my left side does seem slightly affected too. The chill goes from my head, through my neck back and buttocks into my thighs and as far as my knee. I have no other symptoms and have not been ill. Any ideas?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The constant cold feeling in the bones can happen due to osteoporosis, Vitamin B 12 deficiency or a vitamin D3 deficiency. A few blood tests will help in proper diagnosis.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
