Why Does My Heart Beat Raise Whenever I Take A Hot Beverage?
Hi i would like to ask everytime i drink any hot drink like hot milk, late,cappuccino or hot tea my heart raises fast sometimes i will so hot on my chest area and i always drink cold water to cool it down, another thing is if i get up all of sadden from where sat my heart raises fast then i feel ill for a second.

Hi welcome to HCM.. You need an ECG to look for any sinus tachycardia. Also get 2d echo and lipid profile to know the condition of your heart. Monitor your blood pressure. You may need drugs like low dose propranolol to get your symptoms relieved. Consult your cardiologist for expert management.Thank you
