Why Does My Ear Pop After Swallowing?

My ears pop frequently when I swallow, my throat is sometimes sore but not always, I have minor nagging headaches that come and go - I have rarely had headaches in my past, I feel tired much more often than usual. Sometimes i feel nausea up high in my stomach. I find it difficult to focus.
Thank you

hello and welcome to health care magic,

You popping of the ear is normal and it is a function of Eustachian tube which is normally seen in all.
You need to be worried only if the popping is very loud and you have other symptoms like your headache.
In any case get an Eustachian tube function testing done along with CT PNS and get back to me or any ENT with the reports so that you will have a peace of mind.

regards
