Why Does Head Hurts While Opening The Eyes And Turning On The Lights?

For the past two days i have had this awkward feeling, As I am sleeping i can feel myself trying to open my eyes and I cant it hurts my head and I start to shake for about 20 seconds. And It continues through out the night as well as turnining into light and open my eyes it hurts pain 9 out of 10.

I could not follow it. What you mean by hurt or you are unable to open it. It occurs at time with sleep apnea. Get yourself checked by ent doctor for obstructive respiratory disease. It goes by itself. you can change the posture of your sleeping position.
