Why Does Acne Cause Dark Spots On The Face?

I am 27 years old. I missed periods for 10 days. I recently got pimples and have body heat. Because of that i get pimples on my face. I went to a doctor he suggested me acnesol, clinsol and doxy tablet. After applying these gel the pimple are becoming black.. Should i need to contiune with it .

I understand your concern.
What doctor has prescribed are the right medications for acne. Sometimes, when these pimples are infected, they may turn blacknor brown during the healing process. However, over a period of time, they will disappear without requiring any treatment.
Hence, don't be unnecessarily worried about it and continue with the treatment as suggested.
