Why Do My Feet Feel Severely Hot While Trying To Sleep?
I am a 51 YO female who for years has suffered with burning feet. My feet do not bother me during the day at all. When I lie down to sleep they often feel like they are extremely hot. The only solutions I've found are to spray them with water or use an ice pack.
1. Could this be a sign of a serious health issue?
2. Do you have any idea of what may cause this?
3. Do you have any recommendations or comments?
