Why Do I Need To Constantly Wipe Buttocks?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...why do i need to constantly wipe my bum through out the day. After a poo i wipe myself prpoerly. After 30 mins to an hour i need to wipe again. I need to wipe about 6 times a day.
