Why Do I Have Headaches And A Tender Lump In My Forehead?

I had a severe kicking to the head until I was unconscious on the 21st October I spent two and a half days in hospital till they were happy for me to go home. I had dizzy spells and headaches for about a month and then the headaches continued for about another month. But now on the corner of my forehead I have a very small lump appeared no bigger than my finger tip and it is tender to touch compared to the rest of my forehead. What is this and should I be worried?
