Why Do I Have Flutter On My Chest?

63 years old. Good health. White Male I am getting a flutter (I can feel and see my skin moving up and down) under my left nipple on my chest, towards the center. No pain, no racing heartbeat. Comes and goes about 10 times a day. Lasts for about a minute then stops. Have had it for about 5 days.
