Hi welcome to HCM.
Post cholecystectomy pain is the feature in your case. Its extremely important in your case to have an ultrasound abdomen to detect any fluid collections in the operative site.Such collections are liable for getting infected.Any common hepatic duct retained gallstones can produce such effusions if infected.Hence a through evaluation is needed.Consult your gastroenterologist for further care.
Thank you
