Why Do I Have A Generalised Pain In My Upper And Lower Jaw?

I have filling done in a tooth on lower jaw. As of on last friday suddenly after dinner I had stabbing generalised pain in uppper and lower jaw which became localised as of yesterday in that tooth with filling. I have constant stabbing, palpating pain in that filling tooth. I have been taking panadol but of no help. I have been recommended Flexon. Any suggestions will be highly appreciated. thanks.

thanks for your query, the pain could be because of the tooth infection. go back to your dentist and get the restoration removed and take a radiograph if the decay is extending till pulp then it should be treated with root canal treatment...take a course of antibiotic and analgesic..i hope my answer will help you, take care..
