Why Do I Feel Like There Are Bugs Crawling On My Legs In The Evening And Back Pain After Getting Up In The Morning?

the last two days I ve had what feels like bugs crawling on just my left lower leg. Seems to happen just in the evening after I ve been on my feet at work. Driving me crazy. When I wake in morning my back is really stiff but other than that I really don t feel like I have a serious Back issue. What else could it be?

Hello,

You may be having parasthesia seen in alcoholic patients and nerve compression.

B12 deficiency or drug side effects may present like this. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet pregabalin 75 mg once daily for five days.

Get it done serum B12 level serum folic acid levels. Nerve conduction study and MRI lumbar spine may useful.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
