Thank you for writing to HCM

I have gone through your question and I feel that you have had a vasovagal syncope. This happens when there is pooling of blood to the legs and it causes you to feel dizzy. This happens in most people when they try to stand up quickly.

My advice for this is to get up slowly and take your time while standing. Doing it quickly can cause the dizziness.

Here are a few things you can do for the headache:
Drink lots of water to prevent dehydration
Sleep well and at least 8 hours a day
Eat regularly and avoid skipping meals
Take 1 tablet Paracetamol 500 when you feel like you are about to have a headache

Please follow up after 5 days.
Wishing you a speedy recovery.
Hope this helps you
