hiiii i m boy 20 year old. from near abou two years m facing a problem that m not abel to do toilet . i want to say that i feel that i have to go for toilet but when i go m not abel to do but any how i do it

i m feeling shy to tell this to any one help me please please

Looking to your history the chances of intestinal infection is very likely, and it could be protozoa infection if I would be your doctor then I would treat you with the following medicine.
1) Tab Metronidazole 400 mg two times in day
Drink plenty off water, do not apply any force while defecating, hope this information help you, take care and have good time.

Do proper investigation like Full blood count ; Ultrasound abdomen. Always use diet full of fibers like green vegetables. Avoid fatty food. Use laxatives and SYRUP LACTOLUSE(DUPHALAC). TAKE two tea spoons three times in a day. Always use salhet during meal.
