Unhealthy food habits, more processed food consumption. Less fibre in the diet than the usual recommendations. The life style habits are too poor with no exercise and more over a sedentary life style are the reasons for the same. One should be active and start to burn calories and the calorie consumption should be balanced.

Hi, I married 28 year old. Recently i started snoaring at nights. This all started after i got married. Not sure if there is a link for that. But its causing a lot of disturbance to my wife and she is not able to sleep. I am not able to get rid of that. I heard that its dangerous to snoar which might lead to heart problems. I noticed that i snoar only when i sleep on my back or sides. But not much when i sleep my stomach facing down. Can you please let me know how to get rid of this. I work in night shifts.
