Why Are Vamlodip And Tenormin Prescribed?
hello. i need information about few medicines. like,Tab.Vamlodip 5/80 Tab. Tenormin 50mg Cap. Soft 30/40 Syp.Appefer Tab.Calbokon and Tab Methycobal 500mg. I want to know the purpose of these medicines. as they are prescribed to my father and i want to know under what circumstances a doctor would prescribed these medicines to a patient. regards samina

The tablet vamlodip is the amlodipine drug that is use for mainly to treat hypertension or in congestive heart failure.
The tablet tenormin is atenelol drug that is also use for hypertension and congestive heart failure cases.It can also use in ischemic heart disease.
The tablet methylcobal is methycobalamine which is use for treating vit b12 deficiency anemia.(in megaloblastic anemia.)
So your father may be suffer from hypertensive heart disease or heart failure with deficiency anemia.
