Why Am I Getting Shaky And Faster Heart Beats?

help please I woke up this morning thirsty and when i drank water, I started getting shaky and my heart was beating fast. I threw up the water, which got my body sweating, I just threw up again (more water) when I put on some tighter pants I m also too poor to pay :(
